Quick Rundown: Grilled Peaches, Thyme, Angostura Bitters, Honey, Vodka, Tonic and a Splash of Lemon Juice

Muddle, Garnish and Serve Chilled.

Adds to summer drinks list.

Coffee and Rum, just for fun. We gave this a name but for some reason I can’t remember it…

1. Short Glass with ice
2. double shot of coffee
3. double shot of dark rum
4. (optional) sweeten with cola or a teaspoon of sugar
5. (note) don’t drink late in the evening cause you won’t sleep haha

This was the nicest drink I made on the weekend 

1. Fill tall glass with ice
2. 3 single shots of Appleton’s Rum
3. Half an Apple Juicy
4. Quarter of a lime, squeezed and dropped in (love limes now)
5. Fresh mint
6. Top up with lemonade 
7. Shaken not stirred

Can of Bliss 2

1. Short Glass 
2. 1 mashed Feijoa (decent size)
3. Double shot of Appleton’s Rum
4. Quarter of a lime squeezed and added to glass
5. Handful of ice
6. Top up with Lemonade
7. Add slice of lime for decoration and a blue straw (you can use any colour) 
8. Drink
